Alexander Pronin was born in 1965 in Donetsk, Ukraine. At the age of 28, he turned to the Lord. Married, together with his wife Irina has three adult sons and thirteen grandchildren.

In 2000 he was ordained to the diaconate, and in 2001 to the pastoral service in the church "Bethany" in Donetsk.

From 1996 to 2002, he studied at the Irpin Bible Seminary, where he received a Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry degree, and then a Master of Theology equivalent to M. Div.

From February 1997 to 2000, he taught and worked as dean at the Donetsk Regional Bible College. Since 2000, he worked at the East Ukrainian Theological Seminary as an academic dean and professor.

In the spring of 2008, he immigrated to the United States with his family.

In September 2008, the Bible school “Blagovest” was organized, where performed the role of director of the school.

In December 2009, he was appointed head of the education department of the Pacific Coast Slavic Baptist Association.

In 2017, he graduated from the International Theological Seminary under the program "Doctor of Theology" (Ph.D.)

In 2018, he was elected Assistant Senior Pastor of Bryte Church.
