By the grace of God, the Seattle Slavic Baptist Church continues to actively carry out its ministry. We have two services a week: the main service on Sunday and the Bible study on Tuesday. In addition, we try to regularly hold sisters' spiritual and edifying conferences, on average one conference every two months.
We also have a street evangelism ministry using posters, which allows us to reach new hearts. Once a week, we have a spiritual fellowship for young families, where we discuss important topics and support each other in faith.
Before the Lord's Supper, there is a brotherly prayer fellowship, which creates a special atmosphere of unity and grace.
Our church also hosts a children's Sunday School, where children can learn and grow in the knowledge of God. We also hosted a conference of ministers of our region, which became a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and exchange of spiritual experiences.
A particularly important event was the ordination of brothers, which took place on August 10. Dmitry Mikhail was ordained as a pastor and will serve as assistant to the senior pastor. And brother Velichko Sergey was ordained to the deacon's ministry. They were ordained by pastors Sergei Bistritskiy, Konstantin Lihovodov and Oleksandr Pronin. This is a significant moment for our community, testifying to the growth and strengthening of our ministry.
We strive to glorify the Lord to the best of our ability and inspire each other to ministry and good deeds.
