On February 26, Light of Life Church in Torrevieja, Spain had a youth conference on the Sufficiency of Christ. This church is one of the developing missionary churches. The motto of the youth fellowship was: “We want Jesus Christ to be at the center of our lives! We want to achieve that together with you!” The main speakers of the conference were pastors from California, Joseph Sheremet and Sergey Nyagov, as well as a local pastor from Valencia, Spain, Alex Shipuk.
The youth had a wonderful time of fellowship and worship of God. There was an edifying sermon, testimonies, joint prayer, musical and theatrical performance which made a lasting impression on everyone.
The Q&A format was especially popular as well. The brothers prepared special sheets of paper for the youth to ask their questions, and the pastors took turns at answering them. There was a variety of different topics covered by the questions, but the important part was that these were the questions that were important for the youth.
Of course, there was also a wonderful time of reception of tea and various sweets. By the words of the participants, four hours passed like it was nothing. Praise God for everything!
