The attention of the majority of people today is towards Israel and to what is happening in that region. Unprecedented brutality of Hamas shocked everyone. Civilians and children have suffered, and the blood of both Israelis and Palestinians continues to be shed. Our brothers and sisters suffer along with everyone else.
The European Baptist Federation is asking everyone to pray for the Association of Baptist Churches in Israel, which consists of 17 Baptist churches, and for the Holy Land Council of Local Evangelical Churches, which represents 13 Baptist churches in the Palestinian territories, including the Gaza Baptist Church. Pray that many missionaries would take the Gospel to the Israelis, Palestinians, and Muslims around the world in this troubling time. This time is an indication of the “end time” events before the second coming of Christ. Pray also for peace in our countries, which are becoming more and more Muslim.
